They are not legal, tax, immigration, employment or financial advice, and they don't take your own situation into account. - Rules and government fees change, sometimes without notice. A page may not reflect changes made after its "Updated" date. - Before you act on anything important, check it with the official source (for example ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE or the FTA) or a qualified adviser. - We aren't a government body and we aren't linked to any government service. We never charge for, or process, visas, permits, fines or applications. ## Accuracy and corrections We check facts against official sources and list those sources on each guide. We still can't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through our [corrections policy](https://dubaibusinessinsight.com/corrections/) and we will fix it. ## Calculators Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and the general rules on each page. They are not an official or binding figure. Your contract, your employer's records or an authority's decision may give a different result. The calculations run in your browser, and we don't store what you enter. ## Using our content The articles, guides, images, graphics, calculators and design of this site belong to Dubai Business Insight or the people who licensed them to us. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. ## Acceptable use Please don't: - try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or its servers, - send spam, malware or false information through our forms, - pretend to be us or suggest that we endorse you, - use the site in a way that breaks UAE law or the law where you are. We may block access for anyone who does. ## Availability We try to keep the site running at all times, but we may pause, change or remove pages, calculators or features without notice, for example for maintenance or security. ## Limits on our liability The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on its content or calculators, or being unable to use it.
